If you have several needs, we can organise the project in stages. We do not automatically add services or charge twice for overlapping work.

About your quote
How do the published prices work?
Each service page shows a selection of options with their scope, taxes and terms. Starting prices apply to that scope. If you need more pages, features, applications or integrations, we prepare a tailored proposal and confirm the total before commissioning.
What do you need to prepare a proposal?
Tell us what your business does, what you want to achieve and which materials or website you already have. You can include a target date or indicative budget if you have one. Otherwise, we start by defining priorities.
How are taxes and payments shown?
The quote separates fees, applicable taxes and the total, and specifies payment milestones before work begins. Recurring services state their billing period. Invoice tax treatment follows the client’s circumstances.
Which costs may be separate?
Hosting, domain names, licences, payment processing and advertising spend, depending on the project. We identify what is included, what is paid to third parties and what may renew. The same work is not charged twice when services are combined.
What if I need to extend the work?
We distinguish corrections against the agreed scope from new requests. Additional pages, features or applications need an agreed fee and schedule before implementation. Maintenance does not mean unlimited development.
Do accepted quotes change?
No. An accepted quote retains its terms unless a change is expressly agreed. This way of presenting our services does not change existing commitments.
