Offering Spanish and English support means deciding what information each visitor finds and how their enquiry reaches the business. Before translating a Marbella website, review its structure and the work required to keep both versions current. See the scope of our Web design service.
Start with customer questions
Someone who knows your service may need an appointment or contact route. Someone comparing from elsewhere needs to understand what is included, where it is delivered and what to prepare. List these questions before choosing pages. Language is not a reason to change the offer's conditions, but it is a reason to explain details that may not be obvious.
Define each language's scope
List services, forms, notices and confirmation messages. Decide which appear in each version and who writes and approves the copy. Translating only the homepage leaves an incomplete journey when visitors reach a form or conditions they cannot understand. Additional languages must be expressly included in the quote.
Preserve context when switching languages
The switch should lead to an equivalent page where one exists, not always restart at the homepage. Each version needs its own URL and coherent language links. The form's chosen language should accompany the enquiry to support follow-up. Check button wording and how much space it uses on mobile too.
Separate translation from ongoing care
Changing a condition, opening time or service means reviewing affected versions. Define who communicates and implements updates. Automated tools can assist a translation process but do not replace checks of terminology, conditions and messages. Do not publish wording that nobody can validate.
What to prepare for a quote
Share your existing site if you have one, your services and the languages in which you can actually respond. State whether translated copy is available and who handles enquiries. This allows structure, design, writing, translation and integrations to be scoped separately, and a launch plan that does not leave essential steps unfinished.
